Приїзд Брайана Адамса до Ред Дір, практично збігся з днем Народження Наталії та тому ми вирішили поєднати приємне з приємним та поїхали до Peavey Mart Center міста Ред Дір у Альберті.
Bryan Adams's arrival in Red Deer practically coincided with Nataly's birthday, and so we decided to combine pleasure with pleasure and went to the Peavey Mart Center in Red Deer, Alberta.
Коли ми підходили до входу, мимо проїхав лімузин. Ми не знаємо точно: чи це Брайана привезли, чи якийсь важливий глядач приїхав на концерт.
As we approached the entrance, a limousine drove by. We don’t know for sure whether it was Brian who was brought, or some important spectator who came to the concert.
Щоб не забути, в якому місті відбувався концерт, я сфотографувався біля великих червоних букв :-)
In order not to forget in which city the concert took place, I took a photo near the big red letters :-)
Відстоявши невелику чергу перед входом, ми потрапили до вестибюлю, де все було присвячено хокейній команді Ред Діра – Ребелс.
After standing in a short line in front of the entrance, we found ourselves in the lobby, where everything was dedicated to the Red Deer hockey team - the Rebels
Мене дуже здивувала величезна кількість людей, які бажали купити мерч із улюбленим музикантом. Все це цілком доступне в інтернеті і іноді навіть дешевше. Ймовірно, це тому, що потім приємно згадуватиме про це відвідування концерту.
I was very surprised by the huge number of people who wanted to buy merch with their favorite musician. All this is quite accessible on the Internet and sometimes even cheaper. This is probably because it will be pleasant to remember this visit to the concert later.

На екрані сцени був автомобіль з назвою нового альбому артиста: "Такий щасливий, що боляче".
On the stage screen there was a car with the name of the artist’s new album: “So happy it hurts”.
Як музикантові, мені було цікаво сфотографувати концертний пульт світової рок-зірки.
As a musician, I was interested in photographing the concert console of a world rock star.
І тут розпочалися якісь дії. З-за лаштунків з'явилася машина і за допомогою дронів облетіла зал.
And then some action began. A car appeared from behind the scenes and flew around the hall with the help of drones.
Зал вже наповнився людьми і всі чекали на початок шоу.
The hall was already filled with people and everyone was waiting for the show to start.
І ці два глядачі теж приготувалися до здобуття музичної насолоди.
And these two spectators also prepared to receive musical pleasure.
На наше задоволення, артист не став затягувати початок вистави, як іноді роблять деякі примхливі музиканти.
To our delight, the artist did not delay the start of the performance, as some capricious musicians sometimes do.
Буквально за кілька секунд весь партер залу встав і більше не сідав.
Literally a few seconds later the entire stalls of the hall stood up and did not sit down again.
Радісні шанувальники музиканта запалили ліхтарики своїх телефонів, і це було красиво.
The musician's joyful fans lit the flashlights of their phones and it was beautiful.
І ось зазвучав суперхіт, який майже 40 років тому зробив Брайана Адамса відомим. Ця пісня називається "Heaven".
And then came the super hit that made Bryan Adams famous almost 40 years ago. This song is called "Heaven".
Просто послухайте, як ми всі співали цю пісню. Брайан навіть не став виконувати перші рядки композиції, бо їх співав увесь зал. Проникливо, до мурашок по шкірі.

The biggest fans of the artist’s work tried to convey their thoughts and wishes to the musician.
А потім була пісня, яка встановила рекорд у Великій Британії за часом перебування на першому місці хітпараду. Цей рекорд дотримується досі.
And then there was a song that set a record in the UK for the longest time at number one on the charts. This record still stands today.
Відеоряд на сцені був дуже збуджуючим.
The video on stage was very exciting.
Пісня "Тікати до тебе" запам'яталася тим, що відео до неї, частково знімалося на дорозі біля озера Абрахам. Воно розташоване поряд з Ред Діром і глядачі впізнавали багато красивих місць з відео.
The song “Run to You” was remembered for the fact that the video for it was partially filmed on the road near Lake Abraham. It is located near Red Deer and viewers recognized many of the beautiful places from the video.
У повітрі знову з'явилася машина, що літає, і ми почали підозрювати, що зараз буде щось круте.
A flying car appeared in the air again and we began to suspect that something cool was about to happen.
І ми мали рацію. Коли зазвучали перші акорди пісні "Літо 69-го", зал, ніби збожеволів. Це найпопулярніша пісня Брайана Адамса, яка у Spotify подолала рівень у мільярд прослуховувань. Цікаво, що в Європі та Україні це зовсім не найпопулярніший твір співака, але тут у Канаді та Америці це просто супер-суперхіт.
And we were right. When the first chords of the song “Summer of ’69” sounded, the hall seemed to go crazy. This is Bryan Adams' most popular song, surpassing one billion streams on Spotify. It’s interesting that in Europe and Ukraine this is not at all the singer’s most popular work, but here in Canada and America it’s just a super-super hit.
То була кульмінація концерту. Брайан продовжував виконувати свої пісні, а люди в залі співали та танцювали.
This was the culmination of the concert. Bryan continued to perform his songs while the people in the audience sang and danced.
Я зробив не дуже якісне селфі, просто щоб запам'ятати цей приємний момент.
I took a low-quality selfie, just to remember this pleasant moment.
Потім музиканти відкланялися публіці та пішли. Проте глядачі розходитися не хотіли та вимагали ще пісень.
Then the musicians bowed to the audience and left. However, the audience did not want to leave and demanded more songs.
На біс Брайан Адамс вийшов сам, і виконав знамениту пісню "Все для кохання", яку в оригіналі співав із Родом Стюартом та Стінгом.
For an encore, Bryan Adams came out on his own and performed the famous song “All for Love,” which he originally sang with Rod Stewart and Sting
Потім до нього повернулися учасники гурту та пограли нам ще трохи.
Then the band members came back and played for us some more.
Завершуючи концерт, Брайан удвох із клавішником заспівали пісню про Альберту, чим викликали приємне здивування та радість у місцевих фанатів.
Concluding the concert, Brian and his keyboard player sang a song about Alberta, which caused pleasant surprise and joy among local fans.
Не можу не відзначити, що моя улюблена пісня музиканта так і не прозвучала. Але ми знаємо, що це один із способів артистів залишати невелику недомовленість та підігрівати інтерес до своїх концертів. Ось та пісня, на яку я чекав, але не почув.
I cannot help but note that my favorite song by the musician was never performed. But we know that this is one of the artists’ ways to leave a little understatement and stir up interest in their concerts. This is the song I was waiting for, but didn't hear.
Залишаючи концертний зал, ми сфотографували білку, що сидить на дорогій відеокамері і трохи позаздрили їй. Адже вона, напевно, поїде далі в гастрольному турі артиста і відвідає ще не один концерт Брайана Адамса.
Leaving the concert hall, we took a picture of a squirrel sitting on an expensive video camera and envied it a little. After all, she will probably go further on the artist’s tour and attend more than one Bryan Adams concert.
