Дорога на водоспад Рам дуже мальовнича. Ми кілька разів зупинялися, щоб сфотографувати цю природну красу.
The road to Ram Falls is very scenic. We stopped several times to photograph these natural beauties.
Перша наша зустріч із річкою Рам запам'яталася нам яскравим помаранчевим мостом. Ця інженерна споруда на тлі природи виглядала дуже чарівно. Ми перетнули річку і залишили свою машину праворуч від мосту, щоб прогулятися вздовж річки.
Our first meeting with the Ram River was remembered by the bright orange bridge. This engineering structure looked very fascinating against the background of nature. We crossed the river and left our car to the right of the bridge to walk along the river.
Прозора холодна вода на фоні чорної скелі та помаранчевого мосту. А ліс на фотографії просто йде в небо. Це справжня природа Альберти.
Transparent cold water against the backdrop of a black rock and an orange bridge. And the forest in the photograph simply goes into the sky. This is true Alberta nature.
Я теж не втримався і трохи попозував на тлі вод річки, що омивають чорні скелі, за вершини яких чіпляються ялинки.
I, too, could not resist and posed a little against the backdrop of the river waters, which wash the black rocks, to the tops of which spruce trees cling.
Зробивши заключне фото цього мальовничого місця ми вирушили до парку водоспаду Рам.
After taking a final photo of this picturesque place, we headed to Ram Falls Park.
На в'їзді в парк цього водоспаду я сфотографував карту місця і вкотре прочитав про те, як треба поводитися з ведмедями. Ми були на їхній території, тому нагадування не було зайвим.
At the entrance to the park of this waterfall, I took a photo of the map of the place and once again read about how to behave with bears. We were on their territory, so a reminder was in order.
Запаркувавши свій автомобіль, ми запитали туристів на парковці про те, куди йти до водоспаду. Нам вказали на цю стежку.
After parking our car, we asked tourists in the parking lot about where to go to the waterfall. We were pointed to this path.
Ми вийшли до спеціально збудованих сходів, які спускалися вниз по скелі.
We came to a specially built staircase that went down the rock.
Вже на перших сходах, ми побачили шматочок водоспаду і захоплено почали своє наближення до знаменитої пам'ятки Альберти.
Already on the very first steps of the stairs, we saw a piece of the waterfall and enthusiastically began our approach to the famous landmark of Alberta.
Ущелина в яку водоспад приносить воду, своєю красою може позмагатися з багатьма топовими місцями землі.
The gorge into which the waterfall brings water can compete with many of the top places on earth in its beauty.
Незвичайно, але породи місцевих схилів несподівано спускаються на дно ущелини. Це ми спеціально зафіксували на знімку.
Unusually, the rocks of the local slopes unexpectedly descend to the bottom of the gorge. We specifically recorded this in the photo.
Ми спустилися на оглядовий майданчик навпроти водоспаду і показуємо вам, як виглядає Рам із найголовнішої точки.
We went down to the observation deck opposite the waterfall and show you what Ram looks like from the main point.
Ви повинні побачити, як води річки Рам падають із двадцятиметрової висоти. Тож ми зняли для вас відео.

Найсміливіші та наполегливіші ялинки, продовжують намагатися вибратися нагору.
The bravest and most persistent spruce trees continue to try to climb up.
Ми піднялися нагору і, як досвідчені мандрівники спокійно дивилися на туристів, які тільки йшли на оглядовий майданчик перед водоспадом.
We went up and, like experienced travelers, relaxed and looked at the passing tourists who were about to go to the observation deck in front of the waterfall.
А потім почалося найцікавіше та найкрасивіше. 95% туристів дивляться водоспад і йдуть назад до своїх машин. А ми пішли далі вздовж каньйону. І ця прогулянка нам здалася набагато цікавішою, ніж просто відвідування оглядового майданчика.
And then the most interesting and beautiful thing began. 95% of tourists watch the waterfall and go back to their cars. And we went further along the canyon. And we found this walk much more interesting than just visiting the observation deck.
Породи землі тут теж спускаються на дно каньйону незвичайними верствами.
The rocks of the earth here also descend to the bottom of the canyon in unusual layers.
Ліс біля каньйону був дуже дрімучим. На нашу думку, тільки ведмеді там і можуть мешкати. Іноді край обриву обсипається і його притримують сухі ялини, що впали.
The forest near the canyon was very dense. In our opinion, only bears can live there. Sometimes the edge of a cliff crumbles and is held up by fallen, dry spruce trees.
Ми пройшли кілька сотень метрів уздовж каньйону і далі стало трохи моторошно. А якщо вийде ведмідь? А якщо з гілок дерева зістрибне пума? Адже нас просто ніхто навіть не почує. Ми зробили пару завершальних знімків та почали своє повернення до машини.
We walked a few hundred meters along the canyon and then things got a little creepy. What if a bear comes out? What if a puma jumps from the branches of a tree? It’s just that no one will even hear us. We took a couple of final shots and began our return to the car.
Шлях додому був не менш мальовничим, ніж шлях до водоспаду.
The path home was no less picturesque than the path to the waterfall.
Вечірня дорога привела нас до дуже красивого озера.
The evening road led us to a very beautiful lake.
Вода була як дзеркало. Дерева та небо відбивалися в озері з неймовірною точністю.
The water was like a mirror. The trees and sky were reflected in the lake with incredible accuracy.
Ми милувалися прозорими водами озера і прочитали напис, що воно спеціально створене на річці, щоб туристи, які проїжджали, могли половити там форелі.
We admired the clear waters of the lake and read the inscription that it was specially created on the river so that passing tourists could fish for trout there.
Всім відомо, що головна мета туристів, взяти з собою якнайбільше їжі, відвезти її далеко і там з'їсти. Ми завжди так робимо 🤣🤣🤣
Everyone knows that the main goal of tourists is to take more food with them, take it far away and eat it there. We always do this 🤣🤣🤣
Я не втримався і дістав із багажника вудку, яку ми купили нещодавно на гаражному розпродажі. На знімку, моя перша рибалка у Канаді. Заради такого випадку Наталія не полінувалась обійти озеро навколо і зробила пам'ятний знімок. Придивіться – на цьому фото у центрі справді є рибалка 😊
I couldn’t resist and took out a fishing rod from the trunk that we had recently bought at a garage sale. Pictured is my first fishing trip in Canada. For this occasion, Natalia was not too lazy to walk around the lake and took a memorable photo. Take a closer look - in this photo there really is a fisherman in the center 😊
Про результати цього двадцятихвилинного експерименту не розповідатиму. Просто повірте, що вудка працювала дуже якісно.
I won’t tell you about the results of this twenty-minute experiment. Just believe that the fishing rod worked very well.
Після риболовлі ми продовжили шлях додому і були здивовані, побачивши корів, які сміливо лазили по вертикальних схилах. Раніше ми знімали гірських козлів у турецькому Олюденізі. Але ці козли були гірськими. А ось про гірськіх корів ми ніколи не чули.
After fishing, we continued our way home and were surprised to see cows boldly climbing vertical slopes. Previously, we filmed mountain goats in Oludeniz, Turkey. But these goats were mountain goats. But we have never heard of mountain cows.

Just in front of the house, we made another photo stop to capture the unusual effect. The fog sat down on the field to rest.
